Hey there! I’m Nora. And I know what it’s like to have ambition and experience but feel completely lost.

My whole life before motherhood was connected to the corporate world. I changed more than 10 positions: from accountant to business analyst. I knew how to manage projects and understand numbers, but I still didn’t know what I wanted to be “when I grew up.” And then my daughter was born, and I realized one thing: I definitely don’t want to go back to the office from 9 to 5.

Maternity leave brought not only boundless love, but also acute fear. Fear of financial instability, fear of losing myself as a professional, fear that the only way out was to return to a “stable” job that never made me happy.

I started looking for options. My first step into the world of online earnings was Upwork. It was my experiment, my entry point. I wanted to test whether I, a mother with a two-year-old child, could be of any use to anyone in this global market. Was it possible to find the first jobs for stay-at-home moms that would be something more than just data entry for pennies?

The first dollar I earned as a freelancer changed everything. It wasn’t a lot of money, but it was confirmation that it was possible.

That first success gave me the confidence to move forward. I realized that I didn’t want to depend on just one source of income. I started building my system:
